It was back to routines on Tuesday after a restful and fun 3 day weekend. I got a call from Mpls Kids a couple hours after dropping Bishop off that he was feeling sick. Looking back it seems the antibiotic was upsetting his tummy. I picked him up and we spent some time together relaxing (and eventually looking for frogs). There were a few frogs back at the bird sanctuary so we picked up Nora a little early so she could see them as well! It was a HOT summer day and on Wednesday there was a local track meet at the HS for kids. We weren't sure if it would be the best idea for Bishop to run--but he wanted to give it a try and it wasn't that far (60 meter dash). One of his friends from his Kindergarten class was there, so that was fun too (Ben).

We had a little break from soccer and gymnastics due to the 4th of July--but we were back on Thursday! It started raining and the boys kept running and playing--the light rain felt good and cooled them off a bit!
