On Sunday we headed out to Apple Jack's Orchard and met the Bormann's there. We went to this orchard 2 years ago and it was a little overwhelming for us at the time....because we had an 8 month old, but we had a completely different experience this year. There was so much for the kids to do, it was great!
Bishop went on his first pony ride! He had no fear--he jumped right on, held on tight and smiled! He really liked his pony, Chip! He would pet him and he hugged him after he got off.
We didn't do everything there was to offer--but we did ride the pony, feed the animals, slide down the slides, play in the corn pit, drive the tractors, visit the police man and look in his car and run around like crazy! They also had a bouncy area (like a house with no walls), a hay ride, a ride in cars decorated as cows and many other fun things to do! I think we'll be visiting Apple Jacks Orchard again in the future!
