Last soccer game/Birthday celebration with Shelly/weekend with friends!

Thursday night brought the last night of MU soccer for the summer. While Bishop ended up missing more games than we had originally anticipated, it was a fun summer and I could see the improvement made from the beginning of the summer. It was fun to watch Bishop hustle and get into the games. His last game he played against Liam, and there seemed to be a little friendly competition going on, which was fun to see!

Buds!!

On Friday--Shelly helped kick off my birthday with pedis and HH, our new annual tradition! I think this is the 3rd year we've done it and it was so fun, as usual! Shelly and Ryan were heading downtown for dinner so Ryan and Luke joined us for HH, which was a fun treat too! :) Thank you so much, Shelly for such a fun and memorable afternoon! I LOVE LOVE LOVE our sister time together so much and I'm so thankful for you--you are the absolute best and I am so lucky I get to call you my sister!!

Saturday morning we spent some time at the school park! We've had a pretty busy summer we haven't gone to the park as much!
Nora loves to swing!

Bishop playing a little baseball with dad!
Saturday afternoon/evening we biked to Minnehaha Falls! Since Nora was still restricted-Luke pulled her in the Chariot, and Bishop biked! This was the first time Bishop biked by himself all the way to Minnehaha Falls AND home! I'm guessing it's about 7ish miles one way, so it was a solid bike ride for Bishop! And he BOOKED it home as he was trying to stay ahead of dad and Nora!

A stop at the bunny on the way to the Falls!

Cooling off in the creek!

Retzer Jack joined us for dinner!
Sunday morning Bishop wanted to join Luke on his roller ski. So Bishop biked while Luke skiied and Bishop biked another 10 miles--he's hooked-he loves to bike!

Annika and Jack came for lunch and to play in the afternoon, which was fun! The girls were matching! I think both Nora and Bishop were a little tired--as they both had a hard time at times, but overall it was so great to see our friends and hang out!

Checking out the treasures they found at the school park!

Twins--with matching shoes!

Bishop really wanted to go fishing--so at 4:55 we raced down to the hardware store to buy some bait (the hardware store closes at 5) and we did a little fishing! After that we headed home and relaxed for the rest of the night!

She's not afraid to hold the fish-I love it!
