Bishop has been doing GREAT with the "potty" training, but is having a hard time with the "poopy" part. He hasn't had a potty accident in a long time.....and they are VERY few and far between. We have resorted to the pull-up to help with the pooping part, especially because Bishop had some diarrhea and was going poopy up to 5x/day--that was too many dirty underwear for this mama to clean out! With that being said--he did not regress at all with the potty--he will not pee in his pull-up, which is great! We'll go for walks, to the park, out in public, out to eat....and he always tells us when he has to go--it's great!! His stomach seems to have settled down a bit and the past few days he's only gone 1-2x, so we're back in underwear!
Now, if we can just get over the poopy hurdle, we'll be set! If anyone has any suggestions, I'll take them!
He has gone on the toilet and I thought he had it figured out, as one weekend he went poop on the toilet numerous times, but now he's resistant. I have heard that the pooping takes longer..... and he caught on so quick with the potty, so hopefully he'll catch on soon!
