It rained most of our drive home from the North Shore, but was warmer here and not raining, so we walked down to the lake to get out of the house in the afternoon. Sunday night the kids had a birthday party for their friend, Carolyn. It was at Rainbow Playsystems, so they could play on all of the playgrounds inside, which was awesome, especially because it rained during the party!
On Tuesday parents were invited to school for breakfast--I was home that morning so was able to join. It's always fun to spend time with the kids at school when I can!

Nora got a black eye at school last week--she got hit by a boy with a musical instrument. You can kind of see it in this picture--the color moved to the inside of her eye, but lightened up a bit. It hasn't bothered her at all, which is the best part!
